With more than 20 years of experience and a teaching background at SAE, Garnish, and Nimbus, Anthony offers both technical mastery and artistic guidance.
Daily workshops take place at AYA Studios Bali, a state-of-the-art creative complex in Nyani featuring analogue synths, pristine mixing and mastering suites, live rooms, and even a DJ booth.

This one-on-one retreat is a deep dive into the transformative power of ecstatic dance DJing. Guided by Anthony Traynor, who is both an educator and a regular fixture on the Bali Ecstatic Dance scene with a background in Buddhist meditation, you’ll learn to master the art of creating journey-based sets while deepening your awareness of rhythm, energy, and flow. Aya Studios provides a world-class facility with high-end DJ equipment and an awe-inspiring natural setting—making it the perfect container for both creative growth and inner renewal.
Through hands-on workshops, one-on-one feedback, and live practice sessions, you willl learn how to craft dynamic sets that move people emotionally and physically. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced DJ looking to expand your skills, you will gain both technical mastery and a deeper understanding of how to shape musical journeys for dance floors and sacred spaces.

Our STORY
Our ethos was born in the revolutionary fires of the UK rave moment of 1989, a time when electronic music was outlawed, where the only hope you had was found in the bleeps and the bass of techno. Electronic music set a generation on fire with many equating it to the hippy fervor of the 60s, so much so that it became known as the “Second Summer of Love”…..
